The Midland Conservation District received a $57,770 grant from the Midland Area Community Foundation to create the Midland Conservation District Education Center.
This project was submitted to the 2020 cycle of community investment awards as a project designated to the focus area: “Enrichment of Our Community.”
The Midland Conservation District is a local unit of government, designed to educate and work with the community and partners to develop and carry out conservation programs to help reduce erosion, protect water quality, and encourage wise land use management.
