MIDDLETOWN A 34-year-old former U.S. Postal Service employee was sentenced this week to three years of probation, the first nine months of which he must serve in home confinement, for stealing mail, federal authorities said in a release.
Zoheb A. Deura of Derby was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Kari A. Dooley in Bridgeport, who also ordered Deura to pay a $20,000 fine, the release from the office of Connecticut U.S. Attorney John H. Durham said.
