HE CAME TO THE HOUSE AND HE SAID MAMA’S WALKED OFF NEIGHBORS SAY IT’S NOT THE FIRST TIME RILEY WHO WAS DIAGNOSED WITH DEMENTIA HAD WANDERED AWAY, BUT THEY ALWAYS MANAGED TO BRING HER HOME SAFELY IN THE PAST THIS TIME AS THE HOURS WERE ON CONCERNED STARTED TO GROW AND I LOOKED OVER THE RIVER AND I SAID LORD DON’T LET TO FIND HER IN THE RIVER IDEA. Middletown police ID body found in the Great Miami River

Deborah Burgess Riley was found dead, police said. The Butler County Coroner will conduct an autopsy. A call came in at 2:16 p.m. of a body spotted in the river, police said. Riley was last seen walking away from the area of Lincoln Street and Sixth Avenue sometime overnight or around 10 a.m. Sunday. First responders were dispatched at 2:20 p.m., said Middletown Division of Fire Chief Paul Lolli.  A fire department water rescue team pulled the body from the river at about 3:15 p.m., Lolli said.
