Updated: 12:50 AM EDT Apr 29, 2021 A Lowell woman who was allegedly set on fire by her husband late last month is dead, according to the Middlesex District Attorney s Office.Authorities confirmed Wednesday that 49-year-old Celeste Marte-Lebron succumbed to her injuries on April 20 after being in critical condition with injuries she suffered in the March 31 fire.Marte-Lebron s husband, 42-year-old Santos Lebron De Los Santo, was charged in connection with the fire.During De Los Santo s arraignment earlier this month, prosecutors said a person who was driving on Varnum Avenue the night of March 31 saw flames inside a home and called 911.Officers responded and found Marte-Lebron suffering from burn wounds and she was taken to a Boston hospital.Prosecutors claim that De Los Santo used a can of gasoline and a lighter in the attack. They alleged he told investigators at one point that the fire was started by an electrical issue, but he later joked about taking the gas and lighte
