Asbestos-related cancer nurses appointed for opposite ends of country

Angela Goldfinch Source: Mesothelioma UK New specialist nurses for asbestos-related cancer have been appointed to cover parts of both Essex and West and North Yorkshire. Angela Goldfinch (above) has been appointed as a new Mesothelioma UK clinical nurse specialist for Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust. “This is the first time we have had a specialist nurse for those affected by asbestos-related cancer” Emma Chaplin She will be based at Broomfield Hospital which covers in and around the areas of Chelmsford, Maldon and Braintree. Meanwhile, Simon Bolton will be based at Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust, where he will provide advice, care and support to patients across North and West Yorkshire.
