MEMPHIS, Tenn. It seems as if we’ve been talking about the redevelopment of the fairgrounds property for eons. Yet, every time I drive along East Parkway, Southern, or Central avenues, all I see is desolation. And I can’t help but believe no one is really interested in bringing this historic area in heart of Memphis back to life.
