jennifer delgado is in chicago where she is in wait right now, could see some of the biggest snowfall of the entire season. janet is in d.c. and kara mcginnis moderating the storm from the cnn weather center. jennifer, we ll start with you in chicago. what do things look like there? no snow out here. it s still roughly about 50 miles away from chicago. we re expecting the snow to come mid morning, late morning. and it s going to be heavy at times. one to two inches, and then later into the evening, it s going to be a mess out here. so it s quiet now, but don t let that deceive you. right now you can see the chicago river. here s the magnificent mile. i m telling you right now it s cold out here. the windchill is like 23 degrees is what it feels like. my photographer steve says this isn t cold. i feel like this is pretty brutal out here. we re expecting anywhere between six to eight inches of snowfall. some of these locations could
