Samsung has previously raised eyebrows in the whole tech scene some time earlier this year by deciding to cut off the microSD card slot from the new Galaxy S21 flagship smartphone. Though there are a number of smartphone users collectively shrugged, some of them were outraged.
External SD dead?
The whole option to be able to plug in a certain external SD is said to be a very vital feature especially for those who really like taking photos as well as downloading films. The big question asked by a story by The Star is if the external SD card is really necessary these days with cloud and internal storage increasingly growing.
After Samsung released Galaxy S21 Ultra with no microSD, people started asking if it is still needed in the future. Both Samsung and Apple pointed out that it may be eliminated sometime soon.

I take Amazon score ratings with a grain of salt. Not only are many of them fabricated, but even the real ones are often written by stone-cold dummies. I’ve bought negatively reviewed cookware that’s served me faithfully for years, and positively reviewed winter coats that were prone to tears and smelled like a step-father’s disappointment.
But while it’s easy to fake reviews, it’s hard to fake
lots of reviews, and I’m pretty sure you can’t get to 30,000 reviews (and over 96,000 ratings) without leaving an actual impression on some people like this Indoor WiFi Smart Home Camera.
