Several sources have made allegations of sexual harassment or inappropriate touching by Noel Clarke on the set of Doctor Who, The Guardian has reported.
Doctor Who and Torchwood actor John Barrowman, who plays Captain Jack Harkness, has also been accused of repeatedly exposing himself to coworkers on two BBC productions, the publications reports.
Numerous witnesses describe the alleged incidents involving Barrowman as inappropriate pranks as opposed to sexually predatory behaviour, according to the report.
When contacted for comment by The Guardian, Barrowman admitted to “tomfoolery” that he now understood upset colleagues, but stressed it was never intended or interpreted as sexual in nature.

The Guardian published an explosive story on April 29, in which several women came forward and accused Clarke of inappropriate behaviour, following which he lost his management and the BAFTA he was awarded a few weeks earlier. ITV, the BBC and Sky severed professional ties with him. Clarke has denied the charges vehemently.

The Guardian. The paper previously published testimonies from 20 women who variously accused Clarke of groping, sexual harassment and bullying.

The broadcaster appeared to be broadsided by the new reports today and said it would investigate specific claims made but was shocked to hear of them.
Clarke, 45, is said to have told one costume assistant, who had long hair, working on series one of the rebooted sci-fi show he liked girls with long hair so he could hold onto it when in a specific sexual position.
Another female runner and driver on the show alleges Clarke touched her inappropriately and repeatedly asked her to go to his hotel for sex.
