In a rivalry that once featured future oodles of first round picks and viable NBA players, the first of two 2023-24 Michigan/Michigan State Men's Basketball matchups went down tonight without any intrigue or pizzaz. A firmly mediocre basketball team played a bad basketball team. The mediocre squad missed shots in the first half while the bad one knocked 'em down, before the better team eventually won out without much fanfare.
