As thousands of college athletes have this year, former Wake Forest running back Kenneth Walker made the tough decision to leave his program via the transfer portal.
After running for 13 touchdowns and 579 yards in just seven games of action for the Demon Deacons, Walker had many suitors but had to choose his next home without even seeing it due to COVID-19 so blind faith took over.
Not even knowing what campus looked like in person, Walker chose East Lansing and Michigan State as his next stop.

Michigan State Safeties Coach Mike Tressel has accepted a new job at the University of Cincinnati to become the defensive coordinator for Cincinnati Head Coach Luke Fickell according to a report from Pete Thamel of Yahoo Sports.
Neither Michigan State or Cincinnati Athletics could be reached for a comment at the time this story was published.

Michigan State linebacker Antjuan Simmons will be forgoing his extra year of eligibility to enter the 2021 NFL Draft.

“I’d like to announce that I will not use the extra year if eligibility and enter my name into the 2021 NFL Draft,” Simmons said in a Twitter post. “This has been one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make due to the love I have for Michigan State. Michigan State has taught me so many lessons that have contributed to the growth of me as an individual/human. I’ve also made memories that will stick with me for the rest of my life.”
