Michigan Rubber Group is ready to tee off Rubber & Plastics News Staff Print The Michigan Rubber Group will return to Forest Akers West Golf Course this year for its annual golf outing, set for June 3. The course is located at Michigan State University in Lansing, 3535 Forest Road, 48910, and the clubhouse is located behind Candlewood Suites Hotel. A shotgun start will kick off the scramble format at 9 a.m., with registration previous to that from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. Players and teams should plan to be at their golf carts by 8:45 a.m. Cost is $130 per person and payments are due by May 28, payable to the Michigan Rubber Group. There will be a boxed lunch and prizes awarded. Corporate donations are welcome and help offset the cost of the outing.
