Last fall, Bay to Bay Building Concepts made an agreement with state regulators, who, months earlier in July, suspended their licenses over allegations they violated the state’s occupational code.
The license of a local construction company will remain suspended after it failed to pay back thousands of dollars in fines and restitution following a settlement that was reached with the state in November, according to the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs.
According to Raymond Morris, Bay to Bay Building Concepts LLC paid him $875 on Monday after FOX 17 aired a story about his alleged issues with the company.
