know about her condition is she is keeping away from her immediate family, right? what have you heard on that? reporter: well, again, there seemed to be a lot of issues in the family. her mother, her grandmother, we ve been in touch with and they can t see her, her brother as well. all that is being sorted out. again, i think all three women are trying to just keep a low profile now. we asked we talked to their families, we tried to see how they re doing, but at this point they are really trying to keep their distance and try and stay out of the spotlight. as you can imagine, what a horrific ordeal they ve been through and this is a time to try and just have some time to themselves and try to figure out how to go forward one day at a time. so we re not getting a lot of daily updates. one of the big concerns here now i can tell you about is right here on the street where castro s house is behind me. you can perhaps see there s a lot of work going on. there are workers trying to secu

powerful and people reacted very strongly to it. they were thinking, does she really mean it? how is this going to play out in the penalty phase? is the prosecution going to use it against her? and is the jury going to listen to her? and most of all, does she you know, does she really want to die or is this a reverse psychology? is this a mind game? how is the jury going to react to this if it gets brought up in court? those are questions that are still being asked. i know, michelle, you have been watching this trial. give me your just gut check on this, the extent to which people listened to jodi arias and take her for her word or are even willing to give her what she claims she wants. do you think they will consider this or cast that aside and figure out what they think is best for her? you know, that s a very good question. the jury has been very sharp, and they have been asking very pointed questions, and, i mean, you know that they gave her first-degree murder. they found he
