Diana Morgan says it is very stressful when it rains with a dripping noise in the roof cavity and a fear of water coming through the ceiling again. Almost four months later, the family say they still hear dripping in the roof cavity whenever it rains. They are no longer prepared to wait for a remedy from the property owners and managers and are moving out on Sunday. Diana said as soon as the water started coming through the ceiling on Boxing Day, she messaged a property manager at Ray White Motueka, through which the house was rented for $550 a week.

They are sources of recreation and spiritual sustenance providing space to breathe, grow and honor nature. They fill us with awe and are vital to many livelihoods. REGINA On January 1, Michelle Ouellette will take on the role of chairperson of the Public Complaints Commission (PCC). “I am pleased to welcome Michelle Ouellette to her new position,” Justice Minister and Attorney General Gordon Wyant said in a news release.“Michelle has served in many roles where she has distinguished herself and in turn supported the legal profession and the people of Saskatchewan.” The PCC is responsible for reviewing allegations of police misconduct. The commission also makes recommendations about the policies and services of Saskatchewan s police forces. Ouellette is a Saskatoon lawyer who has worked in health law, Indigenous law and professional disciplinary matters.
