A small anti-restriction protest in Strathroy petered out soon after it started Thursday.
A group of about 20 people marched on Strathroy’s Town Hall in the early afternoon.

Once they reached their destination, a Strathroy-Caradoc police officer asked the marchers to break up to comply with the province’s stay-at-home order that went into effect a week ago.
“There were no charges laid as a result of the protest today, as the demonstrators dispersed within five minutes of being asked by police,” Const. Michelle McIntyre told The Free Press.
