The U of A recognized hundreds of staff members for a variety of achievements and milestones Tuesday, Oct. 10, during the 2023 Employee Awards Banquet at the Fayetteville Town Center.
U of A staff will be honored in a variety of ways this week, including a banquet, appreciation week benefits and the chancellor s State of the University Address on Wednesday.
The U of A is working with Huron Consulting Group to design a more transparent job framework to organize staff positions across the institution, outline pathways for advancement and facilitate career growth.
