Past the gates its like a cliff that drops down into the ocean. Once all the water calms down and the sand dries out, thailg be able to get a better look at the damage and how to fix it. Some of the dunes took a pretty good beating. He says a lot of the fences they put up to protect the dunes, most of the fences are out at sea. The water is still high in many spots and the cleanup continues. As bad as it is, many are thankful the noreaster wasnt followed up by joaquin. Tim furlong, nbc 10 news.
