this show so many times, has its own vaccine mandate for is employee, still spouting antivax propaganda, mocking those who get the booster and those who get infected. lara logan is speak at an antivax rally in d.c. this weekend. you have desantis. you have in virginia glenn youngkin is expanding unemployment insurance for people who lose their jobs because they refuse to get vaccinated, basically paying people not to get vaccinated, and so, you know, no politician, no political coalition could have controlled omicron. but what i think you see the right doing and the republican party doing is everything in their party is to make it worse, more prolonged, more painful. michelle do, you get the sense governor desantis did get the booster and doesn t want people to know?
particularly hard. yeah. michelle, howard stern was speaking out on tucker carlson. take a look. when are we going to stop putting up with the idiots in the country and just say it s mandatory to get vaccinated. [ bleep ] them, [ bleep ] freedom. i want my freedom to live. he s now a coward, and his broadcast is about cowardice, amplifying his fears about crohn and precisely attacking anybody else who has decided to live life as a free person. michelle, your turn to raise the discourse for what we ve just heard. i m not sure i m the right person to do that. look, it s so striking how the right, the republican party, has morphed into the antivax party, how fox news, as you ve said on
radio host who talked with the first lady and the author of what would michelle do will join us with her insight on the first lady. plus, who is julian castro and why is he so important to rapping up enthusiasm with latino voters who are heavily supporting the president, but there is a worry they may not show up in november. iams knows. .but most dry foods add plant protein, like gluten iams never adds gluten. iams adds 50% more animal protein, [ dog 2 ] look at me! i m a lean, mean flying machine [ dog 1 ] i am too! woo hoo! [ male announcer ] iams. with 50% more animal protein. [ dog 2 ] i m an iams dog for life. not a rabbit. woof!
yeah, i would like it to be more, but women are able to look at her and see this woman who has in many ways a perfect life a marriage that has been going strong for almost 20 years. they seem to have a mutual respect and love for each other, two young kids, their mother-in-law is in the white house with them. michelle figured it out how to have it all. the husband, the family, and a career that she put aside to help her husband, but she can go back to it at any time. that s really the ideal for many women. one of the things you wrote in the book, i m quoting the book, ever the survivor, she graciously handled the stress of the criticism and pressure districted at her husband, confident in barack s ability to get the country back on the right track. she rarely addressed the criticisms directly. right, she is a positive
and family. she s been in a more visible place. all of the different tv shows, she s at the kids choice awards, you re able now to see the genuine loving woman she is that cares about her family and wants the best. how key is she to this campaign? i think incredibly key. she has a 71% approval rating, and i think she is someone that everyone can relate to. women and men both relate to her. everyone relates to michelle obama because she s doing things like childhood obesity. things that people see as basic rights to have, basic needs they need met. michelle obama is the face of that. they will have her out there much more this time than before. in your book, you talk about what would michelle do, has she become a role model for a lot of young people in the country?
