Road resurfacing and sewer projects are on the to-do list in South Barrington s newly approved annual budget.
The village board approved the roughly $10.3 million spending plan for the 2022 fiscal year Thursday night. The fiscal year started May 1.
That total is about $856,000 less than the previous year s $11.2 million spending estimate, a decrease of about 8%, said Michelle Bodie, South Barrington s treasurer and finance director.
Municipal revenue is expected to be down in the new fiscal year, too.
