Cocktail aficionados visiting The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore will want to stop by its East Wing, where the Marina Bay property has just debuted a residential-style Library Reception and an adjoining lounge and bar named Republic (after the independence of Singapore in 1965). Both were the work of celebrated New York–based designer Tony Chi, who was also responsible for the interiors of the hotel’s all-day dining venue, Colony, along with its Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant Summer Pavilion.
