Daily Mail, for a copyright breach and invasion of privacy over their publication of a private letter to her father winning most of the claim.

On Tuesday, British newspaper
The Times reported that royal aides have accused Markle of “emotional cruelty,” claiming she faced a bullying complaint from a close adviser at Kensington Palace.
“Let’s just call this what it is a calculated smear campaign based on misleading and harmful misinformation,” a spokesman for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex told the
Times following the accusations.
“It’s no coincidence that distorted several-year-old accusations aimed at undermining The Duchess are being briefed to the British media shortly before she and The Duke are due to speak openly and honestly about their experience of recent years,” the spokesperson added, referencing the Winfrey interview.
