Abgrab, Valedictorian, son of Russell and Paula Abgrab of Westport. David is a member of the National Honor Society and Sociedad Honoraria Hispánica (Portuguese language) and has been named an AP Scholar with Distinction. A four-year member of the Debate and Mock Trial teams, David most recently served as captain of both. This fall, David will major in chemical engineering at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he was offered the Dean’s Scholarship for academic excellence.
