Two First Nations men who were recently acquitted for the 1973 murder of a Winnipeg man are now taking all three levels of government to court, saying they were wrongfully convicted, imprisoned and kept on parole for decades.
Andre Katzenellenbogen, 31, died after a fight in Brandon last June. A man was arrested and charged with manslaughter, but the charge was stayed in December. Katzenellenbogen's mother says that's left her with unanswered questions about his death.
