Jim Morrison, mort il y a 40 ans : rock et poésie, à fleur de peau

Chanteur et créateur du groupe mythique The Doors, Jim Morrison connaît une carrière fulgurante.Tourmenté, acculé par le star-système, l’artiste délaisse cet univers pour se consacrer à la poésie. Dévoré par ses démons, il meurt à Paris, le 3 juillet 1971. Le Roi Lézard entre alors dans la légende.
« We want the world… and we want it now ! »
Au terme du deuxième album des Doors, « Strange Days » (octobre 1967), Jim Morrison clame un slogan repris rapidement aux quatre coins du monde par des dizaines de milliers de jeunes qui en adoptent autant la prophétie que le ton, avec urgence : « Nous voulons le monde… et nous le voulons maintenant ! » Cet opus confirme un succès qui a ébranlé la planète rock quelques mois plus tôt avec un son brut, rarement entendu, et un morceau fleuve, « Light My Fire », dont la mélodie inspirée, de loin
