The wife of the late king of Esun Ekiti in Ajoni, Ikole Local Government Area of Ekiti State has narrated her last moments with her slain husband. The widow, Yetunde Ogunsakin, stated that her husband called her before being slain by gunmen to inform her that he was hungry and that she should prepare something for him before he arrived at his palace. Mrs Ogunsakin who spoke to AIT News in a documentary seen by SaharaReporters said she started to worry when she realised her husband did not arrive within the period of an hour.
The governor maintained that there was need for collaboration and cooperation between the executive arm of government and the legislature to deliver dividends of democracy and bring development to the people.
