2 Teens Dead In Franklin County Crash

Police are investigating a crash last night that killed two teens and injured three others in the Franklin County town of Sandy River Plantation. The crash occurred on Route 4, between a vehicle driven by 79-year-old Karl Crute and a vehicle driven by 18-year-old Kaylee Knight. Two passengers in Knight’s car, 17-year-old Thomas Deckard-Madore of Strong and 15-year-old Michaela Morgan of Phillips were killed. Crute, his passenger, and another passenger in Knight’s car remain hospitalized with serious injuries. Tags:

Two Teenagers Die in Sandy River Plantation Crash Two teens were killed and several other people injured in a Monday night crash in Sandy River Plantation. 17-year-old Thomas Deckard-Madore of Strong and 15-year-old Michaela Morgan of Phillips died in an accident Monday night on Route 4 in Sandy River Plantation. They were passengers in a black Pontiac G6, driven by 18-year-old Kaylee Knight, along with two other teenagers. Just after 8:30, their vehicle collided with a gray Toyota Avalon,driven by 79-year-old Karl Crute, and also occupied by his wife, 79-year-old Laraine Crute. One of teens, along with the Crutes, are being treated at the hospital for serious injuries.

A time for giving and receiving at Acton Park Primary School

Pupils at Acton Park Primary receive a new fridge from Paul Hughes from Domestic Discounts Acton Park, Wrexham Dosbarth Menai, the Speech and Language Resource at the school, has been given a new fridge to enhance their learning opportunities. Paul Hughes from Domestic Discounts was contacted by the staff when the old fridge broke to ask for any help when purchasing a new one. Mr Hughes, also an ex-pupil of the school, was kind enough to donate a fridge to the children to support their learning of life skills. This fridge will enable the children to store ingredients for their future learning experiences such as cooking. The children from the classroom, were very grateful to Mr Hughes and happy to present him with a thank you card.
