Woman charged with attacking officer

Woman charged with attacking officer Scott Cousins, scousins@thetelegraph.com FacebookTwitterEmail Natalie N. Rodgers, 42, of Collinsville, was charged May 20 with aggravated battery, a Class 2 felony. The case was presented by the Collinsville Police Department. According to court documents, on April 29 Rodgers allegedly kicked a Collinsville police officer. Bail was set at $50,000. Other felony charges filed May 20 by the Madison County State’s Attorney’s Office include: • James W. Doty Sr., 50, of Granite City, was charged with domestic battery (second subsequent offense), a Class 4 felony. The case was presented by the Collinsville Police Department. On April 22 Doty allegedly grabbed a household or family member by the hair, causing injury. It was noted that he has a prior conviction for domestic battery out of Madison County in 2014. Bail was set at $25,000.
