Chief Tim Doran led the badge pinning and recognition ceremony Thursday afternoon, recognizing newly promoted Sgt. Mike Turay, lateral transfer Det. Mark Geyer who came from the Weld County Sheriff's Office, new community service officers Lou Ferguson and Clint Swain and newly promoted communications supervisor Tina Ochs.
