A Calgary man charged twice in recent weeks with sex offences involving two underage girls has died by suicide, CBC News has learned.
Last Tuesday, Michael Todd Mazar, 48, was charged with a second set of offences.
He died on Friday.
Police wouldn t confirm the manner of death but did say foul play was not suspected.
In November, Mazar was charged alongside a 19-year-old woman who faces sex trafficking offences. The charges included sexual assault, sexual interference, luring and obtaining sexual services for consideration.
