She claims cosby sexually violated her and in 2005 filed a complaint but at the time, the District Attorney said there was lack of evidence to charge cosby. Cosby has all along it was a, quote, consensual sexual encounter. In 2006, she settled a civil suit and this summer, authorities reopened the investigation after they say they found new evidence. The pair met while she was working for Temple University Womens Basketball team, telling officials she with just days left until the statute of limitations in this case, today officials said they are finally able to seek justice on behalf of the victim.
