Flint lock construction out of mamaroneck, westchester county. They built other hotels in midtown including fairfield in and suites a few blocks from here, another luxury hotel. What we can say about this is this flint lock has a history of some safety violations in the past few years. They have been cited by osha for four safety Violations Including in 2013 they were fined a quarter of a Million Dollars in the building of a hotel because they didnt provide at least osha alleges, fall protection workers.
