Mcrae pleaded guilty in december to writing a letter threatening to kill himself an state representative Ako Abdul Samad in 2012. Mcra the white powered came in contact with mcrae and the representativ e he threatened to kill, abdulsamad. Mcrae made people think the powder was some kind of biological weapon.
