Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers recap for Monday, May 24, reveals that Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) faked a panic attack to trick Jan Spears (Heather Lindell) while Jordan Ridgeway (Chrishell Stause) taunted Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) for cheating on Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal). Here’s how it all went down on Monday’s drama-filled show!
At home, Claire was stunned as Jan held her at gunpoint and ranted about Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) trying to trick her into confessing. Jan ultimately launched the story of how she woke up a couple weeks before everyone thought and snuck out of the hospital.

To understand Helen Mae Lowery’s secret to longevity, you got to hit the sidewalk.
For 97 years, Helen walked everywhere, her family said. She never owned a car and often eschewed public transportation, preferring to stroll.
She also didn’t drink, prayed regularly and always offered a hand to neighbors when asked.
“She also took care of the needy,” said her grandson, Michael Lowery. “She would give to people that needed it, fix dinners for people. She did it all.”
Even though Helen had what seemed like boundless energy, it wasn’t enough to fight the coronavirus seeping into her lungs. Diagnosed with pneumonia and COVID, Helen died in late October after being released from the hospital without her family’s knowledge and found, a few days later, unconscious in her apartment. She finally succumbed to the disease at the hospital after two days on a ventilator.
Reflecting on the failures of the Republican Party in Colorado, as a Republican and conservative since 1974, one issue surfaces: outrage at Democrats and their policies is insufficient.
We criticize the mainstream media for their lies and distortions, but our conservative media and our politicians spend the majority of cable TV, radio, and social media time ginning up outrage, as opposed to pitching specific conservative principles and policy. They also take the easy shots echoing national outrage while ignoring critical statewide issues.
It might make the media and their stars a lot of money, but it is not advancing the case for a conservative America, nor looking at the last election, winning a majority of voters. Outrage is not enough. Counterpropaganda is not enough.

Avoiding a jury trial that had been set for later this year, a dispute between one of Richmond’s largest privately-held companies and its former president and COO has been resolved.
The $18 million wrongful termination and defamation lawsuit filed by Michael Lowery against his former employer, Henrico-based industrial foam maker Carpenter Co., was dismissed in recent weeks.
Henrico County Circuit Court records show the two sides “compromised” and resolved the case with prejudice. No other terms or details were included in the March 31 dismissal filing.
