Gina-Simone Pemberton played Billie Holiday in Playhouse Stage Company s production of Lady Day at Emerson s Bar and Grill in March 2020 at Cohoes Music Hall. At rear is Brandon Jones as Holiday s accompanist, Jimmy Powers. The show s run was cut short by the coronavirus pandemic. Jones will be in the cast of PSC s production of the musical revue I Love You, You re Perfect, Now Change, running April 30 to May 9 at the music hall. (PSC publicity photo
