Man sentenced to 25 years in prison for role in 2017 game room robbery
Jurors in the 137th District Court deliberated for about two hours before returning with a 25-year prison sentence against a 33-year-old man for his role in the 2017 armed robbery of a Central Lubbock game room.
David Delce, who did not testify during his trial, faced a punishment of 15 years to life in prison after jurors last week convicted him of a first-degree felony count of aggravated robbery.
Delce s charge stems from a Dec. 31, 2017, armed robbery of a game room in the 3500 block of Slide Road as employees were leaving for the night.
