Deutsche Lufthansa Reports AGM Agenda
COLOGNE (dpa-AFX) - Deutsche Lufthansa AG (DLAKF, DLAKY) said Angela Titzrath, Michael Kerkloh and Britta Seeger will stand for election to the company s Supervisory Board at the Annual General Meeting. Stephan Sturm will resign from the Supervisory Board at the end of the AGM.
The company said another item on the agenda of the AGM is voting on the creation of a new Authorized Capital C in accordance with §7b of the German Economic Stabilization Acceleration Act of up to 5.5 billion euros with a term of five years.

Lufthansa AGM Approves All Agenda Items
COLOGNE (dpa-AFX) - Deutsche Lufthansa AG said that its shareholders approved all agenda items by a large majority at its annual general meeting. In total, eight agenda items were put to vote at the meeting.
A majority of 97.79 percent of the shareholders approved the creation of Authorized Capital C with a nominal value of up to 5.5 billion euros, as proposed by the Executive Board and Supervisory Board.
The shareholders also elected Angela Titzrath (Chairman of the Executive Board, Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG), Michael Kerkloh (Former Chairman of the Executive Board, Flughafen München GmbH) and Britta Seeger (Member of the Executive Board, Daimler AG) to the Supervisory Board.
