Day two in a row of record High Temperatures topped off at 98 breaking the previous record set back in the 1800s. High temperatures were soaring across the Delaware Valley. We were only two degrees shy of a record High Temperature in philadelphia topping at 97. We hit 96 in wildwood. 97 the High Temperature in dover today. And unfortunately, just as our excessive heat warning that has been in effect the last three days expired, a new one has been issued by the National Weather service. It does include philadelphia and surrounding counties and this runs through the day tomorrow until 6 00 p. M. On tuesday.
