Tamarac Refuge agreement doesn't turn over any land to White Earth, but will streamline permits for tribal members and benefit wild rice, among other things.
White Earth tribal members will have easier access to natural resources on the Tamarac National Wildlife Refuge under an agreement signed by the tribe and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
