Re-done house brings $5.35M, a year after $2.8M sale
In March 2020, just as the coronavirus pandemic hit,
Michael Eustace, a wealth-management executive with UBS, paid a recorded $2.8 million for a five-bedroom house built in 2004 with 4,143 square feet on the North End.
Eustace intended to use the house at 255 Ridgeview Drive as a home for his family. He contracted
Josh McAlees of
Capital Construction in Jupiter to handle the first phase of a renovation project, which began early last summer.
But two months into the renovation, Eustace and his wife,
Barbara, had changed their plans and ended up in San Clemente, California, to be closer to family, McAlees said.
