Goodmayes Tesco development approved by Redbridge Council

He raised concerns about the influx of people that would use Goodmayes station and that it could force people to queue on the pavement during peak times, posing a risk to pedestrians.  Tesco and partner Weston Homes said they plan to transform the 10.4 acre site into a £0.5 billion mixed-use development called Lorimer Village. Iain Duncan Smith MP for Chingford and Woodford Green held a public Facebook Live Q&A last week with the postmaster effectiveness director Tracy Marshall, after it was announced that the branch was set to close. There are plans to build on the site.
