Eyewitness News Reporter joe holden joins us at septa headquarters in center city for News Conference scheduled in about an hour. Joe, what can you tell us . Good afternoon, we expect to learn more information when septa speaks to us and briefs reporters at the News Conference, now, spokesman within the hour tells me things this morning went a little smoother than they expected after a third of the train cars that make up the market frankford line both in service. Septa place say mostly due in part to lighter crowd this morning, because of last night s game. Now, lets go ahead, bring you up to speetd. Cracks found under two train cars during routine inspection friday night. As a result that far discovery third of the fleet was yanked from service.
