The big news in streaming this week is incredibly obvious: the long-awaited Friends reunion is here. Whether you’re a fan of the hit 90s sitcom or not, it’s hard to deny the cultural impact of a show which kept audiences young and old hooked for 236 episodes over 10 years. It figures, then, that episode 237 has got people going a little crazy.
Except, it’s not really an episode. The One Where They Get Back Together is a glorified talk show interview made weirder by the casual appearances of David Beckham and Kit Harrington – but more on that later.

The Kominsky Method is coming to a close, as the Netflix dramedy is preparing to sign off with a third and final season. The new season brings a number of changes to the Michael Douglas-led show, such as the death of Sandy Kominskyâs agent and best friend, Norman Newlander, and the impending nuptials of Kominskyâs daughter, Mindy, and boyfriend Martin. And itâs the latter development that leads to the return of Normanâs ex-wife, Roz Volander, played by the incomparable Kathleen Turner. Roz and Sandy have a complex relationship, to say the least, but itâs one that Turner finds to be quite âlovely.â
The Kominsky Method is a half-hour single-camera comedy about an actor and his agent as they continue their journey as two friends tackling life’s inevitable curveballs as they navigate their later years in Los Angeles, a city that, above all else, values youth. In Season 3, Sandy Kominsky has to navigate what aging looks like without his longtime friend Norman Newlander by his side. Life only becomes more complicated with the arrival of Sandy’s ex-wife Roz Volander. The pair’s famously volatile relationship is further inflamed when she comes to LA to spend time with their daughter Mindy and her boyfriend Martin.
