A second person has been arrested in the Aug. 8 shooting death of 23-year-old Jaiyvian Hamilton at the Villages of Hanna apartment complex in the 1400 block of Greene Street.
A 10-year-old boy was one of two shooting victims whose deaths were ruled homicides Tuesday, and Fort Wayne police continue to investigate a suspicious third death.
