Tonga Customs has joined the Pacific Dog Detector Program and welcomed its first certified dog handler, Customs Officer 'Amini Fonua and his detector dog detector "Fred" from New Zealand.
A Tongan Customs Officer ‘Amini Fonua is currently in Wellington undertaking a dog handling training run by the New Zealand Police under the Pacific Detector Dog Program (PDDP).
