Codianne has spent nearly three decades in the hospitality industry at fine-dining establishments and four-star properties. Most recently, he was Director of Operations at the Daytona Beach Resort & Conference Center, which is one of the leading meeting hotels in the area. Prior to this, he was Food & Beverage Manager at the oceanfront, four-star Hammock Beach Resort, as well as at the Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa - the largest full-service resort on Florida s Gulf Coast. Codianne s also overseen restaurant operations at the upscale Copper Grill steakhouse in Birmingham (Ala.) and managed the food and beverage and purchasing department for the Delta Queen Steamboat Company. He received a dual Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Florida in Business Administration and Hospitality Management.
