Hes a howard grad, a finance major. He works in a startup here in our city. Saturday he wanted to see his mom. He decided to take metro. He goes down into the u street station and and lets go to the videotape. The metro cop tased him and then tased him again. They say the man was trying to be a peacemaker when it happened. The 29yearold man cuffed and charged wit assaultn a police officer, charged with obstruction of justice, charged with resisting arrest and jailed for two days. According to his attorney, the charges all dropped today. Hear now from his mom who was at the courthouse. I couldnt believe my lawyer. They dropped all the charges and happy. He is very upset.
