Its just gotten under way. The issue of Climate Change has been with us for decades. Esi stated all the way back in 1988 that addressing Climate Change is imperative. And experts have been working on the issue and proposing solutions all the while. Instead of just more frequent storms, i hope what were seeing and feeling is momentum to act on these solutions.
