back to you. thank you. it s 5:00. a day of apartment hunting turned violent for two women in alexandria, attacked by a man who was supposed to be showing them an apartment. it happened yesterday in the 2200 block of mill road. john gonzalez has more from alexandria. alexandria police are still staking out this office building behind us. the vacant building sits next to 95 and near eisenhower metro station. the suspect was last seen inside. it is. . it was still daylight at around 6:00 last evening when two women were assaulted after being lured into an abandoned office building. it s happening in your backyard but, it s disturbing. completely random and almost ambush-style, these two women together were assaulted by a man they arranged to meet. they had responded to an online ad for a vacant apartment. it is unfortunate. i kinda felt as though the girls might have been young and maybe a little naive. alexandria police and k-9 units fans want teams searched
