We at carnegie and i think throughout the chinawatching community have had tremendous admiration for the leadership and the protection of the china leadership monitor, which is organized by professor alice miller at the Hoover Institution at stanford university. They have established a terrific record for hearing the facts as opposed to trends, feelings, things like that. This weekend with temperatures in the 70 foss, our third 70 degrees day for february, tie now with the secondmost we have had in any february since 1967.
